Sporting Equipment Swap Meet

The Swap Meet will be held at the same time as the Trade Show, in the same space.

Do you have gently used sporting equipment that you now longer need or use? Want to find a new home for that equipment collecting dust and pocket a little cash? Then the Sporting Equipment Swap Meet is for you!

Date: Saturday, June 5, 2010

Drop-off time: 12:00 - 1:00PM

Pick-up time: 3:30 - 4:00PM

Swap Meet Details:

• There is no fee or commission for items sold in the Swap Meet
• Items for the Swap Meet should be brought to the hall between 12:00 - 1:00PM
• Monies for items sold must be picked up between 3:30 - 4:00PM
• Any unsold items must be picked up between 3:30 - 4:00PM
• Any sale money or items not recovered by their owners will be donated to charity
• All transactions are 'cash only'
• Sellers will be required to sign a waiver and determine a fixed price to have their items sold at the Swap Meet
• Items will be sold at a fixed price; no pricing negotiating will be performed by Summit volunteer staff
• All items are sold 'AS IS', without warranty or guarantee
• The Dayton Ski and Board Club and OVSC is not responsible for the usability of items for sale at the Swap Meet; the buyer takes full responsiblity for understanding what the item is and how it is to be safely used
