A Message from Bob Key on Dottie
To the friends of Dottie Key:
I would like to thank all our friends in the the Dayton Ski Club for the support during Dottie's illness and after her passing for the support given to her and the family in the way of cards, phone calls, visits, food, beautiful flowers, and just the love that was shown by all. Dottie had about 400 people attend the viewing and a large majority were ski club friends. The club has really been a big help in getting me through this time of need and I can never thank all of you enough.

A Review of the Januay 20, 2010 The Beer Tasting Party
Beer Tasting Party At Brixx, 20 Jan 2010
The beer tasting was a great success!! Over 30 Dayton Ski and Board Club members participated. Brixx restaurant brought in the Great Lakes Distributing company which featured five of their beers, ranging from light to medium dark. Each participate received five tasting. A commentary was given on not only the history and statistics of the Great Lakes Brewery company, but also a description of each beer, to include ingredients, popularity and history of the brand. The event chair, Scott DeBanto, received only positive comments from the participants, the best being for our Great Lakes Host and the beers themselves. The lighter beers seemed to go over the best among the group.
The cost was $7, which included the five tastings (usually you could get additional tastes of each beer though). Brixx provided chips and salsa to the group at no additional cost. The general consensus was to do this again in the future and possibly feature other breweries or Great Lake beer varieties.
