Ruins of KarnakThis fun weekend trip to Manmouth Cave will be somewhat informal.  Folks will self-drive to the location and pay their own hotel.  You are responsible for making your own hotel reservation.  We are recommending the Holiday Inn Express in Bowling Green which should be about $133/night.  Singles interested in room or ride sharing will be provided contact info for other singles but you must make your own arrangements with them.

Along the drive down, take advantage of a visit to Bardstown, Kentucky and the home of Stephen Foster.  Foster wrote Kentucky's state song "My Old Kentucky Home".

Our event leader will make arrangements for several optional tours for those that are interested.  Prepayment is required.

11 Nov - Two cave tours are available.  One, Grand Avenue which is 4 miles in length and 4 hours in duration.  The other is the Wild Cave tour which is 5.5 miles in length and 6 hrs. in duration and requires being in good physical shape because there is some climbing and squeezing into tight places.  Wild Cave scheduling can be iffy so those who register for Wild Cave need to be aware the trip could be canceled and they'd have to take Grand Avenue tour.

12 Nov - the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
America’s Sports Car… an exciting legend produced only in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The Museum features over 80 Corvettes in periodic settings, including mint classics, one-of-a-kind prototypes and modern-day wonders of engineering and design. Test your knowledge at interactive trivia kiosks, and don’t miss the chance to try a Corvette on for size in our lobby where we have a 2015 Stingray waiting for you. Displays continually rotate so no two visits are the same. Round out your visit with a souvenir from the Corvette Store, grab a bite to eat in the Corvette Cafe, and race over to the NCM Motorsports Park to spectate or take a lap!
