Policy A. Trip Financials applies to all trips and/or events.

In addition, the following applies: Cancellation deadline is FIVE WEEKS prior to trip departure for all condo or houseboat trips and 2 weeks prior to trip departure for all camping trips.

Miscellaneous

The trip participant should not expect any specific trip amenities unless they are listed at the time of sign up as included in the total trip price. Trips can be expanded or contracted on the basis of the availability of ski boats and lodging.
