Policy G. Rooming Arrangements

1)

Lodges/Motels

At sign-up one may request their roommate preference. Every effort is made to honor those requests. There are no guarantees.

2)

Condominiums

a)

Trip leaders will make every effort to honor participants roommate and condo mate requests. There are no guarantees.

b)

Master bedroom, bedroom, and living room (when applicable) assignments will be based on sign-up date.

c)

Participants may fill their own condo. If so, then they will decide who occupies which room.

d)

Beyond using the aforementioned guidelines, trip leaders are empowered to use their best judgment to create scenarios that balance the wishes of the participants between the limitations and opportunities of room availability and the finances of the trip.

e)

When required by the lodging provider, all condo mates shall sign a consent report. Each condo mate shall be responsible for his own damages.
